Welcome to MintQuery. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MintQuery, a mobile-first learning application. By creating an account or using MintQuery, you agree to these Terms.
MintQuery provides bite-sized lessons and exercises to help users learn SQL and related data skills. The Service is provided through our web application and mobile applications. Features, content, and pricing may change over time.

All lesson content, exercises, explanations, and Service design are the intellectual property of MintQuery. You may use this content for your own learning but may not copy, distribute, or republish it without written permission.
You retain ownership of any feedback, answers, or submissions you make. By submitting them, you grant MintQuery a license to use them for improving the Service.
MintQuery is free to use during our launch period. From October 1, 2026, some features require a paid subscription.
Pricing and billing. Subscriptions are offered as monthly or annual plans, and current prices are shown in the app before you purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive or store your payment card details.
Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
Canceling. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Canceling stops future renewals but does not end the period you have already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices. If you have an active subscription, your price stays the same for as long as that subscription continues without interruption. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the current price applies. Users who subscribe at founding member pricing keep that price for as long as their subscription stays active.
MintQuery includes items such as AI tutor credits, mints, streaks, and achievements. These have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold. We may change how they are earned, spent, capped, or displayed at any time. Unused items are forfeited when your account is closed or deleted.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use MintQuery on devices you own or control, for your own learning. This license does not cover commercial use, resale, or use on behalf of an organization without our written permission.
MintQuery includes an AI tutor that generates hints and explanations automatically. AI-generated responses can be incomplete or wrong. They are not professional advice, and you should verify anything important before relying on it. Please do not enter passwords, financial details, or other sensitive personal information into the tutor.
These Terms are between you and MintQuery only, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for MintQuery or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to MintQuery, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
We work hard to keep MintQuery running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We may add, change, remove, or pause features at any time, with or without notice.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us or using any self-service delete option available in the app.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. In most cases, we will try to notify you first.
MintQuery is provided for educational purposes. It does not guarantee employment, career outcomes, exam results, or any specific learning outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use of MintQuery after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Peru, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lima, Peru.
If you live in the European Union or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
MintQuery is operated by Anna-Anastasiia Balatska, a sole proprietor registered in Peru (RUC: 15613760099).
